2008 EnHS Division Picnic

Fantastic weather, food, and the chance to see both old and new faces all helped make the 2008 EnHS Division Picnic a success! Approximately 75 people attended this year’s outing on September 26 at Boom Island Park, many wearing their EnHS ball caps from the "Get Your Rear In Gear" cancer awareness event held this past spring.

The festivities began at 3:30 and continued until sunset, with the day’s highlights including a raffle drawing with lots of prizes (every other entry was a winner!) and frisbee and croquet for the kids.

Thank you to all who helped with the picnic. Special thanks goes to Andy Ryan and Jeff Mackenthun for cooking all the hot dogs and veggie burgers, Melvin Monette and Nichole Marthaler for providing the SPH raffle prizes, and Karen Bradmeyer, Joan Manzara, Michelle Mansfield, Khosi Nkosi, and Diane Toscano for giving so much of their time and effort to make the event a success.
