Delta Omega is the honorary society for graduate studies in public health. Each year chapters elect new members from four groups: students who are graduate degree candidates, faculty, alumni, and honorary members. Election is based on outstanding performance--scholarship for students, teaching and research for faculty members, community service for alumni, and national or international distinction for honorary members.
